Montessori Training Center Leasing Opportunity and Business Relationship

 

Charles Towne Montessori (“CTM”) seeks to lease a 2,800 sf building to an established Montessori Training Center (“the Center”). In addition, CTM seeks to develop a relationship and/or partnership agreement to allow the Center use of CTM’s facilities for the purpose of student teacher training and other resources. CTM would seek to offer sponsorship toward certification to CTM employees/assistant teachers at the Center.

 

Established in 1972, CTM sits on a 3-acre wooded property in West Ashley, 10 minutes west of Charleston, SC. Only a few miles from beaches, rivers, historic plantations, and charming downtown Charleston, our school and our area have lots to offer. CTM currently serves approximately 100 students ages 15 months to 12 years with two Toddler Classrooms, two Primary Classrooms and a combined Lower and Upper Elementary Classroom. Three-year projections account for 1-2 additional Toddler Classrooms, an additional Primary Classroom and to split the Lower & Upper Elementary into two separate programs.
