Students to host International
Celebration, musical performance
CHARLESTON,
S.C., April 29, 2009 - - Students from Charles Towne
Montessori School will begin an International Celebration
with a musical performance on Thursday, May 7,
at 5:30 p.m. An International Feast will follow the
performance with international dishes provided by Charles
Towne Montessori families.
"Our
students have been preparing for weeks," said Head
of School Edward Jackson, who will direct the performance.
"While they'll have fun singing in Spanish, German,
and other languages, they're also learning about global
diversity and our place in the international community."

Grandparents
picnic, May 8, 11 a.m.: Students at Charles
Towne Montessori School will welcome their grandparents
or special guests to a picnic and ice cream social on
the lawn.
